Damon Dash Just Lost One
A panel of judges has denied Damon Dash's bid to move the pending sex-assault case against him to Brazil. Attorneys for the allegeded victim provided the following comment. "I'm sure he'd love to bury this case in some little outpost down there, but now he'll have to deal with this in the New York courts," said Raoul Felder, the lawyer for the plaintiff, Kristie Thompson.
